4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [billing@edyoucru.com] with subject Refund Request — [Order/Invoice #].

  2. Provide: order details, reason, account details and relevant screenshots.

  3. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and investigate.

  4. If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days (timing depends on the payment gateway and bank).

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback with your card issuer, we will investigate. If the chargeback is found not to be covered by card scheme rules (e.g., service was delivered), you may be liable for chargeback fees.

6. Credits

Where refunds are not provided, we may — at our discretion — offer account credits redeemable against future purchases. Credits expire after 12 months unless otherwise noted.

7. Cancellation by Edyoucru

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend paid services for policy violations or fraud. If we cancel a paid service without cause, we will issue a refund or credit for the unused portion.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this policy. Changes will be posted on the site and communicated to affected customers.
