Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applies to paid services on Edyoucru including single job posts, featured posts, subscription packages, and add-ons.
Pay-Per-Post (Single job): You can cancel a job post before it is published. Once the post goes live, cancellations are not eligible for full refunds. Partial credits may be considered within 48 hours of publishing (see refunds below).
Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation prevents renewal at next billing date. No automatic pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion after cancellation unless explicitly stated in your plan or agreed in writing.
Refunds are considered in these cases:
Payment Errors / Double Charges: Full refund where our payment processor or system error caused duplicate or incorrect charges.
Service Failure: If we fail to provide a paid service due to our fault (e.g., failure to post a purchased job), we will offer either a full refund or a comparable credit.
Change of Terms: In rare cases where a material change to the service adversely impacts you and you cancel within a defined notice window, partial refunds may be considered.
Refunds are not typically provided for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of hiring plans once a job post has been live beyond the initial grace period.
Failure to find candidates: Edyoucru facilitates connections but does not guarantee hires.
Usage-based or consumed add-ons (campaigns already run, emails already sent).

Provide: order details, reason, account details and relevant screenshots.
We will acknowledge within 3 business days and investigate.
If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days (timing depends on the payment gateway and bank).
If you file a chargeback with your card issuer, we will investigate. If the chargeback is found not to be covered by card scheme rules (e.g., service was delivered), you may be liable for chargeback fees.
Where refunds are not provided, we may — at our discretion — offer account credits redeemable against future purchases. Credits expire after 12 months unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend paid services for policy violations or fraud. If we cancel a paid service without cause, we will issue a refund or credit for the unused portion.
We may amend this policy. Changes will be posted on the site and communicated to affected customers.
