You / User: Any individual or organization using the Services.
Job Seeker / Candidate: Users searching or applying for jobs.
Employer / Institution: Schools, colleges, NGOs or organizations that post jobs.
Content: Texts, images, resumes, job postings and other materials you upload.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
Accounts are individual (job seeker) or organizational (employer). Organization accounts may have multiple authorized users.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not post misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job information and for complying with applicable employment laws.
Edyoucru and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, code, trademarks and content created by us.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Edyoucru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to deliver the Services.
Paid features are subject to pricing published on our website. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.
All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Taxes (GST) will be added as required.
You must not:
Post false, defamatory, discriminatory or pornographic content.
Attempt to access other users’ accounts or secure parts of the platform.
Use the platform to spam, scrape data, or re-sell content without authorization.
Edyoucru provides the Services “as is”. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, job offers, or the conduct of other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edyoucru’s liability for direct damages is limited to the aggregate amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Edyoucru harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or illegal use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or illegal activity.
Users may cancel paid subscriptions from their dashboard — cancellations are processed per the billing terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using Edyoucru you consent to that policy.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services may link to third-party sites (payment gateways, social logins). We do not control those services and take no responsibility for them.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the platform. Continued use after notice indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
